Custom Qualifiers are questions or notes that Eland encodes within unique 2D bar codes on a scan sheet. As your representatives converse with visitors, they can discreetly use the scan sheet to make note of key information or action steps (e.g. designate a hot prospect, flag a prospect for telephone follow-up, assign a salesperson to the account, and so much more). The ability to capture this information quickly and effortlessly allows you to spend more focused time with your prospects and follow-up on their requests with greater speed and accuracy.

A standard record might look like this:

  • John Smith
  • MY Company
  • City, State, Zip
  • Tel
  • Fax
  • Email

But a record with custom qualifiers could look like this example:

  • John Smith
  • MY Company
  • City, State, Zip
  • Tel
  • Fax
  • Email

Qualifiers:

  1. Interested in Product x
  2. Interested in Product y
  3. Buying in 3 months
  4. Budgeted Item
  5. Have Sales rep call

Pick up the device at the Lead Retrieval Desk, which is typically located in the exhibit hall next to the Exhibitor Services Desk.

The device is your responsibility during the course of the show, so you may choose to leave the device in your booth or take it with you at the end of each day. At the close of the show, you must return the device to the Lead Retrieval Desk.

We will download the data from the Handheld scanners for you when the machine is returned to the lead retrieval desk. The data will be emailed to you.  The Lead Retrieval app automatically pushes the collected data to the web portal.  You can login to the portal at any time during or after the show and download your collected leads. 

The data is saved as a .csv file and should open in Excel or other spreadsheets.

Eland will charge you $1,500.00 dollars for a lost or unreturned device.
